The Sewells Online Service (eSOS) is a dealership management tool, which puts dealer performance information and Benchmarks at the dealer's fingertips at amazing speed. It's not only a management tool for dealers, it is powerful and effective in the hands of any stakeholder, whether a manager, a shareholder, a factory, who has a vested interest in the collective risk or opportunity of the business. It is an online web-enabled system, which allows the dealer or the management team to access dealer performance information at any time and in real time.

eSOS is a 'performance information system' which is structured around financial and combinations of financial and key statistical information. Dealer information is updated once a month and benchmarks are recalculated once a month based on the average of the preceding three month's results. Benchmarks are set for all key business drivers.
